Tapas tours
A local guide takes a small group to three or four bars, orders the classics (espinacas con garbanzos, salmorejo, Iberian ham, fried fish) and explains how Seville eats. Bike tours
Seville is flat, with a good network of bike lanes, so a bike tour covers more ground than a walking tour: the river, Plaza de España, the Parque de María Luisa, Triana and the 1992 Expo site. Tours usually run in the morning and last about 3 hours. In summer, choose the earliest start.
